We advised the company on an investment from LEAF Investments, an early stage learning technology investor.
We subsequently advised the shareholders on the sale of the company to Visma. Visma is a software company based in Norway that digitises business processes throughout Europe. It has annual revenues in excess of €1bn and is private equity owned.
