Synergy is an Irish engineering company based in Dublin which provides services to blue chip clients throughout Ireland, Europe and the UK. We advised the management team on a management buyout from the existing shareholders with funding provided by AIB. The transaction facilitated an exit for Synergy’s founding shareholders and enabled management to materially increase their shareholding and focus on the future growth of the business.
