What is the Energy Efficiency Grant?

The Energy Efficiency Grant is designed to support small enterprises in investing in energy-efficient technologies and equipment. The goal is to reduce environmental impact and increase business resilience and sustainability. The support provided is based on recommendations from a Green for Business Report, GreenStart Report, or an SEAI Energy Audit.

  • Non-Clients: Not currently clients of Enterprise Ireland or IDA.
  • Operational Status: Established, solvent, and operating within Fingal for at least 12 months.
  • Location: Businesses must have commercially rateable premises or be approved within the Faílte Ireland National Quality Assurance Framework.

  • System Upgrades: Replacing or upgrading systems with more energy-efficient alternatives, such as heat pumps for manufacturing heating processes.
